The Hope Team works in partnership with the Fort Worth Police Department, Fort Worth Fire Department, Paramedics, JPS Health Network, DRC Solutions, and MHMR to connect people to services and housing, and can also treat medical needs of unsheltered folks. Currently, the HOPE Team only covers the central Fort Worth area.
