The Continuum of Care board is a community planning board focused on homelessness. Each Continuum of Care in the US is federally mandated to have a CoC Board, but each community designs the Board to best meet it’s goals and needs. The Continuum of Care Board is not a stand alone entity, and Partnership Home is contracted to do work on behalf of the Board.
